doc Updated LAME encoder to v3.99 Final (2011-10-17), compiled with ICL 12.1.6 and MSVC 10.0. Note: The "i386" binary uses CPU Runtime Detection with on optional(!) SSE2-optimized code path, while the "sse2" binary uses Intel-specific SSE2 optimizations and does NOT use CPU Runtime Detection. 2011-10-18 18:52:52 +02:00
