lordmulder b3df635784 Changed creation of QFileSystemModel. Object will now be created when the user first visits the "Output Folder" tab. Also added option to "refresh" the directory outline, which will effectively destroy and re-create the QFileSystemModel in order to discard all data that may be cached.
