LoRd_MuldeR	b3046a46a7	Added compatibility manifest file. This allows for detection Windows 8.1 correctly via GetVersionEx(), though GetVersionEx() will still be broken for *future* Windows versions.	2013-10-21 15:00:03 +02:00
